Matt Butler

Co-Owner & Principal

Our Co-Founder and Co-Owner Matt Butler, is former CEO of a transportation holding company with a workforce of 500 people, and orchestrated very successful exits. 

He’s been a candidate for state-wide office, served as finance chairman for state and county Republican party organizations, as well as for a nominee for Governor.

Through 5 elections including 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020, Matt served as a campaign consultant and technology strategist to Congressman Devin Nunes (R-CA-22) .

He is a graduate of the Owner-President Management Program at Harvard Business School, majored in advertising at the University of Kansas, holds a Master of Science degree from Creighton University, and is a former member of Young President’s Organization (YPO).

Spencer devises targeted, meaningful, and effective voter outreach for candidates up and down the ballot, as well as county and state parties, and issue advocacy organizations. Spencer was elected in November of 2020 to serve on the Omaha Public Schools Board of Education. In 2021 he was elected to his second term as Treasurer for the Young Republican National Federation.

Spencer has bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice from Hastings College. He also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration, with a public policy concentration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

KOFI AMOABIN

Kofi Amoabin is a consultant on political affairs and international trade and has assisted many US companies to do business in Africa and, similarly, has assisted sub-Saharan entities to do business in the US.

Amoabin’s role as a consultant has encompassed projects in the US, Germany, UK, Ghana, Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Tanzania, Cameroon, Uganda and others.

Amoabin has served as an election judge in Will County, Illinois since 2008.

In 2013 and 2014, Amoabin worked as news reporter in Ghana when the candidate Nana Akufo-Addo challenged Ghana’s 2012 presidential elections.

In addition, Amoabin consults in information architecture and web content management for organizations seeking to clarify their goals and mission on the web.

In 2009, Amoabin published an article in Ghana’s Daily Graphic, stressing the need for Ghana to develop a commodities exchange. That same year, Amoabin joined a team of World Bank consultants touring Ghana and explaining the essence of a commodities exchange.

From 1994 to 1996, Amoabin worked for ARGUS Gmbh in Mulheim an der Ruhr, Germany, as the director for market research, where he published several reports on the futures markets.

Amoabin is a graduate of Brown University School of Engineering, and he holds a Master of Science in Finance from Lewis University and a Master of Arts in Communications from DePaul University.

Amoabin’s early corporate career was at Xerox, Polaroid, and AT&T Bell Labs.
